தகுதியும் விருப்பமும் உள்ள விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் www.tncsc.gov.in என்ற இணையதளத்தில் விண்ணப்பப்படிவத்தை தரவிறக்கம் செய்து அத்துடன் தங்களது கல்வித்தகுதி, பணி அனுபவம், சாதிச்சான்றிதழ் , சிறப்பு ஒதுக்கீடுக்கான சான்றிதழ்கள் உள்ளிட்ட அரசு அலுவலரிடம் சான்றொப்பம் பெற்று சான்றிதழகளின் நகல்களையும் இணைத்து, கீன்கண்ட முகவரிக்கு 13-12-2019 தேதிக்கு முன்பாகவே அனுப்பி வைக்க வேண்டும்.
