TAMILNADU GENERATION AND DISTRIBUTION CORPORATION LIMITED (TANGEDCO)
The marks of the Competitive written Examination for the vacancies of 750 various categories of post by Direct Recruitment in TANGEDCO held on 19.06.2016, 27.08.2016 and 28.08.2016 through Anna University, Chennai will be published on 19.10.2016. The candidates may view their marks of written examination by logging on www.tangedcodirectrecruitment.in .The candidates may use their user name (i.e mobile No.) & Registration No. The written examination marks of 525 (500 Electrical + 25 Mechanical) Technical Assistants and 900 Field Assistants will be published after vacating stay orders from Hon’ble High Court of Madras. The candidates will be called for interview based on 1:5 ratio and as per the existing rule of reservation.
TANGEDCO has proposed to conduct the interview from 02.11.2016. The interview date, venue
and time will be intimated only to the selected candidates subsequently through online. After the interview, the selection will be made based on the 85% of written examination marks and 15% of interview ( 10% marks based on the performance in the interview and 5% for Academic marks ) and as per communal roaster. The Competitive Written Examination results for 21 candidates have been withheld temporarily.
